Payment Methods

Pick up or deliver your orders

For Pickup orders 

After payment is confirmed, we will collect your orders from the chosen warehouse(VSL or Anjou) within 1-2 business days.

We will notify you (according to the order message communication - email or text message), ensure to check your email or messages for the pickup details or any additional instructions.

 

 

For Greater Montreal Area(GMA) delivery orders

We offer delivery services directly by truck within the Greater Montreal Area (GMA) to our valued authorized customers.

GMA is divided into two areas based on the VSL and ANJOU warehouses delivery center. According to the distance, each warehouse center is divided into 3 delivery areas(A1, A2 and A3). More details pleasse reference below GMA delivery distribution map.

GMA different area(A1-A3) delivery cost:

VSL/ANJOU A1:

  • Order subtotal <= CA$350.00 Delivery Fee: CA$15.00
  • Order subtotal > CA$350.00 Delivery Fee: FREE DELIVERY

VSL/ANJOU  A2:

  • Order subtotal <= CA$600.00 Delivery Fee: CA$25.00
  • Order subtotal > CA$600.00 Delivery Fee: FREE DELIVERY

VSL/ANJOU A3:

  • Order subtotal <= CA$1000.00 Delivery Fee: CA$35.00
  • Order subtotal > CA$1000.00 Delivery Fee: FREE DELIVERY
 

For LTL orders

For out of GMA, we offer a flexible shipping policy, which guarantees that your order will be delivered to you at the lowest shipping cost.

Please place an order for the product you need first and select LTL SHIPPING method. We will make a quote for the shipping cost and notify you after receiving the order. If you accept the shipping cost, please visit this link to pay: LTL SHIPPING. If you do not accept it, we will cancel the order for you and refund your payment.
